1: AADLC Knowledge Transfer in Change Management
This Invitation for Expression of Interest
(EoI) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this
project that appeared in Dg Market Online of May 10, 2010.
The
Association of African Distance Learning Center (AADLC) has
received a grant from the International Development Finance
(IDF) in the amount of US$ 831,800 equivalent toward the cost
of Project ID No. P116472. The project will be implemented
by The Kenya Development Learning Center (KDLC) on behalf
of the Association of African Distance Learning Center (AADLC).
The Kenya Development Learning Center therefore intends to
apply part of the proceeds for consultant services for: The
Knowledge Transfer in Change Management which will be executed
by the team of experts in the areas of (a) Governance (b)
Business Development (c) Information Technology Development
(d) Learning design.
The Kenya DLC now invites eligible consultants to indicate
their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants
must provide information indicating that they are qualified
to perform the services (brochures, description of similar
assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability
of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may
associate to enhance their qualifications.
Following the Expression of Interest (EOI), Kenya DLC will
issue Requests for Proposals (RFP) to shortlisted EOI applicants.
Selection will be in accordance with the procedures set out
in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment
of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (published by the Association
in 2004 and revised October 2006

Expressions
of interest must be delivered to the address below by [July
26th 2010].
